Lowlands
Wispy mist reaches across the water,
primitives thought it was a bother.
But learned,
it was only beauty.

Swamp at dusk, an eerie light,
may cause some a fright,
until they look into the light.
It becomes a beautiful sight.

Images moving throughout itself,
is it ghosts, or is it doubt?
It doesn't matter, lose yourself,
open up, and watch it dance,
you may never get another chance.

From dawns earliest days,
these strange mists have come to stay.
For us to see them dance and sway,
so we have a brighter day.
