Well, the latest on The Ferryman movie is that it may be premiering a little later than scheduled.Meanwhile here is a pic found of Ben in Ferryman makeup from the film....

2006 TF Productions Ltd

Ben said of his experience in the makeup, "I would spend about 1.5 hrs in make up every day.I only had 5 days work on the film, and half of that time, was spent doing costume and makeup fittings, with just over two days of performance." He also said he worked more off the set than on but that is the way of the low budget feature.I can't imagine what things were like on the set for LOTR.He was in all three movies and the costumes were elaborate.More news on this film and 30 days of night soon!

Another update from Benjamin. The new trailer for the Ferryman has been released and got a standing ovation at a film festival currently. Here is the talk over at Black-magic.co.nz

The film will have a large theatrical release in the middle of the year and you should start seeing the trailer in cinemas soon. This includes the US and Canada, where the film will be distributed by First Look Studios. It has also recently been sold to Germany, most of Asia, all of South America, the Middle East, Australia and of course New Zealand, and is in negotiation for the UK.

The Ferryman is also tonight having its European Festival Debut at the Brussels Film Festival in Belgium, which Chris Graham, the director, will be attending, and will have its North American Festival Premiere at the Seattle Film Festival in May. It has also been invited to several other festivals around the world.

The film will be released in New Zealand some time this July. Here is a quote from one of the festivals, which somes up the film very well.

Tense, thrilling and very disturbing THE FERRYMAN is a return to classic 70s style horror. Evident is less emphasis on detailed gore and more on psychological fear. The movie is akin to films such as THE THING and THE SHINING: well produced and superbly played

And the films official theatrical trailer, of which and extended version was shown on the official site late last year was released today.
