Well this is my camera crew. We'll start from the top of the list up there.
Irvine - Well he's the tallest fellow. He came to me after he graduated from SeeD and told me there wasn't a high demand for snipers. He was such a charming fellow, and his skills impressed me, and thus because of his previous experiences as a SeeD sniper I hired him on my crew as my official camera man.
Squall - Squall also didn't have much work left to do in SeeD. After Cid's return as headmaster, Squall's leadership skills weren't much needed anymore, and so he came to me for work. I really have no idea what he had in mind, but everyone unanimously voted that with his calm exterior, he simply must be the On Site Therapist. Squall seemed to want to object at first, but then he simply crossed his arms, turned his head and said "Whatever..."
R2D2 - He came in with the rest of the Star Wars peoples. Artoo didn't even have to give me his application, upon ariving on the site he went straight to some broken equipment and fixed it! It was automatically assumed that Artoo is the Head Techy. He fixes anything and everything from cell phones, to vehicles to, toasters.
Link - This handsome Hyrulian Elf just came out of a hole in a wall...after he had used a bomb on it. Seeing his wide variety of objects, I asked him if he would like to help observe ponies. He said he gladly would so long as it would help him escape from the overly oppressive Zelda. So we made him back up Tech. He also doubles as props, if and whenever they're needed. Basically he just deals with the equipment. Like setting up camp when we need to rest, or the camera's or whatever it may be. I mean this guy's pockets are huge!
Legolas - The prince of Mirkwood forest came great distances to observe ponies. I don't know what allured him about the job, but he said that Gimli would be busy working on caves and such for a while, and so he could come do another job in the meantime. Who could refuse Legolas?! With his great elvish skills he can track ponies almost anywhere, and he's a great cook.
Pikachu - Pikachu simply insisted he had to drive. That was pretty much it. No arguing or he electricuted you, which Artoo wasn't particularly fond of. Pikachu with is small size can also go some places that others couldn't, and he's pretty handy to have around to keep wild animals at bay.
Gatomon - We just needed a female in the group.
Obi Wan - This padawan came in with his Jedi master. He's a nice lookin guy. See Qui Gon for further explanation.
Qui Gon - Qui Gon came in with several other Star Wars characters, and stated that he and Obi Wan sensed a disturbance in the force. Thus they joined my crew. I think two Jedi are pretty efficient at being Meds.
Darth Maul - He stated he had a feeling that there'd be too many good guys in one place. I was worried about hiring him, but he insisted that if he was not there, it would unbalance the force. So, just so he didn't feel useless, and because he was Canadian, I made him the "Official Stunt Double."
Gannondorf - He kind of stumbled through the hole after Link, also attempting to escape the overly oppressive Zelda. After hearing Darth Maul's statement he simply said, "Yeah, what he said!" Thus he became the Official WaterBoy.
Jar Jar - Came off the ship with everyone else. I decided somebody needed to protect our equipment, and hopefully not handle it with clumsy hands. So yeah Jar Jar is Security.
Gen. Tarpals - He's there for the same reason Jar Jar is, but also to keep Jar Jar out of trouble.
