FROM A ZOO TO A LAKE AND DAM |

If water and water sports are your thing you can always go to the Lake. Lake Mead is hugh and has all types of things you can do. Bring your own boat or rent one, rent a house boat, or jet ski (using yours or theirs). But remember this is still the desert and you need your sun screen....... Fishing here is ok but if you walk along the dock the fish come to you........ |

Hoover Dam is another fun and interesting place to see. On the walkway is a flag and plaque that shows the dedication of the dam. |

If you do not want to handle a boat but want to take a ride then the paddleboats are what you should do. These take you out on to the lake and you can see just how beautiful the beaches are. The rocks are all colors and make wonderful pictures |

From the paddleboats, as you leave the dock you see the dam and all it's wonder. There is a tour you can take down below the dam to see the workings. |
