I really, REALLY loved the movie. I am usually quite the critic, but I couldn't pick out many things about the movie that I didn't like. I would've liked to have the wargs and the bond between Legolas and Gimli in the movie. Another great part in the book that was left out of FOTR(the movie) was the part where Galadrial gives each member of the fellowship a special gift. Overall it was great and it compared to the book really well. I just finished reading The Two Towers and I can't wait to see the movie!

I loved the movie. It really brought middle earth to life. Peter Jackson did a fantastic job at choosing locations. The places looked just like they did in my head. I can't wait for the next two to come out! I really hope they do more with Legolas and Gimli in the next two.

I looooved it! It's my fave movie, I've seen it 6 times, still hinting to my dad that I REALLY need to see it again... The movie made me want to read the book, if it wasn't for the movie, it probably would have been years before I could be bothered to read the book. I wish Legolas had more lines, Arwen has more than he does, and that's just pathetic, considering that in the book she just sits there at the table or whatever. They could have developed his character more and I want more of the Gimli and him friendship. I agree with one of the other reviews, the gifts shouldn't have been left out... Still, LUV IT!

I luved the lord of the rings movie! It was so amazing, and the best part was, I think you can guess...any part with legolas in it!! Isn't he awesome with a bow and arrows? LoTR is my favorite movie, can't wait until the other two come out!

I think that the Lord of the rings the Fellowship of the ring is the best film. No other film could beat it I prefer the movie then the Book. When I first saw The Fellowship of the ring I just wanted to go and see it again We have seen the Fellowship of the ring 5 times and I definetly think it's the film of the year.My favorite charcter has to be LEGOLAS GREENLEAF I know I'm not the only one who's got a really bad crush on him I love evrything about him his hair, his eye's his look's everthing. He's brill with the Bow and Arrow. I have seen it 5 times and really want to go and see it again the actors were stars. Everthing was FAB. Anyway thanks Peter Jackson out there who decided to make the film it was a fantastic film the coustumes were great the actors were star's and everthing else all of it was just so Fab. So thank you Peter Jackson out there for making the best film in the universe!

I thought the movie was awesome!! I also got to see the movie a day before anyone else! My theatre class entertained some AMC associates downtown and then they previewed FoTR! We got to watch it!!! I'm proud to tell that story.
Anyways, everyone in the movie was excellent. Natuarlly, Legolas and Aragorn are my favorites! Then comes Frodo, he was awesome. I remember seeing him in the movie "East" when I was about his age. That throws me back! *whoa!*
The only thing that bothered me, was not about the movie, but the media. They made such a huge deal about Arwen (Liv Tyler) in the movie and she was hardly there. I actually timed it, she's there 7 minutes out of three hours! She did a good job, but do those seven minutes really deserve her own Burger King cup? She needs the be in the next movies more. I knew she will, cause I've read the books. Oh, well, I'm just complaining! ^_^
