• using Netmonitor to determine a site's CID
• maps generated via TIGER Mapping Service
• site ID consists of value where the rightmost value indicates the sector value
• sector values, enclosed in square brackets, represent direction of antennas placed in one or more of three sectors
  example: 2008[123], the hexadecimal equivalent is 4e7[123], indicates site 2008 has at least three antennas each covering a sector
  example: 2044[12], the hexadecimal equivalent is 4fd[9a], indicates site 2044 has at least two antennas each covering two directions
• if a site consists of only one or only two sectors, their placement does not follow the above rule
