You've got to chase a Driver who has the mayor's dirty pics on him. Chase him through New York's rain soaked streets trying desperately to stop that car and save the mayor's skin. This can get rather annoying if you spin out. Just pursue and try to smash him if you get the chance. Alternatively, just watch from a safe distance and let him crash at the end. This should be no trouble to a man (zonet's mistake, a man, or woman)of you calibre.
