Luther has left some piece of junk for you to drive. It's quite a long way and the cops do you no favours by sniffing around the bumper. Take it nice and slow as a couple of good knocks and this junk is gone. The target is at the bottom and you are at the top so it's quite a way to go. Simply stay away from cops and drive slowly.
