On the way to the clinic don't crash or pick up any tails and get there as fast as possible, the more time you have left, the more time there is for the second part. Then hurry down to the hospital without crashing, picking up any tails, or stopping for any reason. Because you only get an extra minute it is strictly timed, I only had 3 secs left when I arrived. Choose your route carefully, you want the most direct route with few corners. This mission is a real test of your navigational skills. It's hard but after a couple of goes it is possible.
