Tanner has worked out who set him up in Mission 23 and has just heard that he's heading out. It's your job to smash him up good. He'll go right at the start so attempt to cut him off. Don't worry too much about hitting others as he can take less damage than you can. This really shouldn't be too hard for a driver a skiled as you. A couple of attempts and Slater will be smashed, ready for collection.
