Ross has been spotted by the cops on the tram and are waiting for him at the station. Castaldi has phoned him to tell him to get a lift with you. Get there as fast or as slow as you like just so long as the timer doesn't run out. Get there too early and you'll just have to wait. Upset that you took their suspect, those cops decide to try and stop you. Head towards the underground car park that's in the west. Follow the cable car tracks until you get close. Then search for the carpark. It is in a big square with Nelsons Column (? :-) ) in the middle. There are 4 entrances, one on each side, so that doesn't matter. Park up and let Ross and Castaldi have a little chat.
