I found this one very tough. The sheen of water on the road makes just getting to the car park hard. Whatever you do don't crash, you'll need all the help you can get for the second part. Once you've got there carefully make your way to the top floor. It seems that the car park builders should sort out that leaking roof as your car still slips around even though you are inside! Once you have got to the top you then realise that the rozzers have set you up! Smash your way out and then attempt to make it back to the motel. They aren't vary easy to shake off and the wet road makes controlling your car very hard indeed.
