Without a doubt one of the strangest missions in the whole game. To begin with you see a beautiful FMV of Tanner and some other guy loading a pickup with a crate, then when the sirens approach he scarpers and leaves you to drive this highly dangerous crate to Chinatown untied! What a Cheek! You will have to adopt a more defensive driving style to complete this, slowing down more steadily and taking corners more carefully. Stay out of the way of cop cars and if you do get one on your tail simply drive straignt and flat out down a long road until you lose it.
