Now that you've reached San Francisco you have to get used to a whole new and completely different city. First do Take A Ride to get used to the differences in this city. The roads are much narrower and hilly. Corners are blind and the map is more confusing. Anyway now that you've got used to this place punch the gas out and carefully navigate your way to the casino. Make sure that you look at the map to see where to go. It should be a piece of cake to get there but getting out is a bit harder. Head South towards those warehouses. Once again consult the map to see where you've got to go. Once you are there if the cops are a little way behind fly into the appropriate warehouse area and keep driving around the building until the cop either wrecks or you lose him. If they are hot on your tail hit the brake hard and wreck him then park up. Just make sure you find the right warehouse (with the arrow inside) and then the entrance which is blocked up with crates and pillars that you can simply barge through to get in.
