Another tough one this. The road is very wet and you have got to chase a tram across town. Get out of the motel as quickly as possible and then chase the tram as it starts to leave. Fortunately the tracks show where it is going to go so you can cut across any corners. To begin with you probably will lose it early, however, if you can follow it for a while the rest shouldn't be too hard. Just don't hit the brakes too hard as you'll spin around and end up facing the wrong way. Carefully take each corner slowly and avoid collisions. Once you are near the end cut across the park and then find the arrow to finish the mission. It will probably take more than a few goes, however, it IS possible.
