Your second pursuit mission but this time at night and Mr. Di'Angio is more skillful at driving then that stupid cop in Mission 7. Because it is dark you may want to turn up the brightness on your TV/monitor to see better, however, the best trick here is to just keep up with him until he crashes at the end. He often cuts across grass and trees which you can quite easily crash into. Once you have caught him there is no more to the mission. Quite simply, just try not to crash and make sure you keep up with him.
