Probably the hardest mission in Miami's sun drenched streets. Here you have to take a high-powered car from one side of Miami to the other in under 3 minutes, potentially tough and made even harder by the fact that there are 2 routes to take to get to Bal Harbour, Julia Tuttle Causeway- As I state in the City Guide. The Julia Tuttle Causeway is not a good route to take. Your car, which I think is a Trans-Am although my knowledge of American cars is minimal, needs to be bought to its location in near perfect condition. A couple of knocks and this car is history. Anyway back to the roads...this one is narrow with no curbs, sidewalks or center dividers for you to get by roadblocks. In fact, even just gently hitting one of the cars to leave a gaping hole doesn't work either as the cops start conducting kamikaze missions to stop you and will undoubtedly swamp you from every direction. MacArthur Causeway - Definately a sensible choice if you want to actually complete this damn mission. The wide freeway leaves ample room for you to maneouver round blocks and the 3 lanes allow you to accelerate past anything that should get in the way. The problem is that it is longer and you may not be able to get to the destination in time. My advice is to stay away from this mission all together.
