A mean cold-blooded Frenchman is being escorted by the cops and he ain't too happy about it. The cop isn't a great driver so just keep following him until he smashes up, good places to do this are on the MacArthur Causeway or right at the start when he comes in from the left. Now, depending on where you caught the cop, the next bit could be easy or hard. Basically you have just under 2 minutes to get to a house in Bal Harbour. The later you left smashing the cop the easier it is to do this as you are closer to the house. Just cruise and you should make it.
