I found this one a bit harder than the previous ones. All you have to do is meet Rufus at the Electric Lady Lounge, unfortunately this is on the other side of town and you've only got 2.15 to get there. Once again blast up the MacArthur Causeway at top speed without crashing. Pass blocks on the central bit of grass and try not to get too much felony. Then when you have got to Ocean Drive cruise to the final destination, just make sure you don't have any cops following or you won't have time to shake them off.
