What a nice time to do a mission - sunrise. In 2 mins you have to get to Ocean Drive. Locate the McArthur Causeway and blast up it. When you get to the end turn left and there is the arrow. Don't worry too much about picking up a tail. They're easy to lose (and I don't think you have to lose them here anyway). Your second objective is to get the key. Blast the other way up the Causeway and turn left at the end. The bay is the second left turn. Here you don't have to lose the tail. Try to keep as undamaged as possible. Now one of them rushes off in a boat with his final destination as Dodge Island. Head out and turn right. Then take the next right along a narrow road. The police try to stop you by setting up roadblocks and making your life a misery. Bust them in the weakest point as there are no sidewalks or medians. Once you reach the island thread your way through the maze and find the arrow then sit back and relax while you watch another shoddy movie.
