  The Metabolic Diet (Non-Halal)

This diet goal is to "change" your metabolism in such a way that after the 13th day, you can eat normally for the next 2 years without going up in weight.


Day 1 & 8

1 cup Black coffee 2 Hard-boiled eggs 1 Big Steak
1 Sugar cube Boiled chopped spinach Salad with corn
  1 Tomato Oil & Lemon

Day 2 & 9

1 cup Black coffee 1 Big Steak 1 Slice of Ham
1 Sugar cube Salad as yesterday 1 Yoghurt (Natural 2.5 dl)
  1 Fresh Fruit  

Day 3 & 10

1 cup Black coffee Boiled chopped spinach 2 Hard-boiled eggs
1 Sugar cube 1 Tomato 1 Slice of Ham
1 Toasted Bread 1 Fresh Fruit Salad as yesterday

Day 4 & 11

1 cup Black coffee 1 Hard-boiled egg 1 Can Fruit Salad (drain)
1 Sugar cube 1 Grated carrot 1 Yoghurt (Natural 2.5 dl)
1 Toasted Bread 1 Small Cottage Cheese  

Day 5 & 12

1 Big Grated carrot with Lemon 1 Large Fish with Lemon & some butter sauce 1 Big Steak
    Salad & Broccoli

Day 6 & 13

1 cup Black coffee White meat from Chicken 2 Hard-boiled eggs
1 Sugar cube Salad with Lemon & Corn oil 1 Big Grated carrot

Day 7

1 cup Tea (no sugar) 1 Grilled Steak (ex. Lamsteak) Nothing
  1 Fresh Fruit  


Lunch & Dinner can be changed BUT only within the same day!

   Important Notes:

This is not a traditional diet since it raises the bodies metabolic rate as well as "burning" of fatty cells. This is why the cure continues to work even after having completed the diet.

If the diet is followed 100%, you will loose between 7-20 kg. This depends on how much overweight you are when
starting the diet.

The diet is to be followed for 13 days. As mentioned earlier, the cure MUST be followed 100%.

If you during the diet drink a beer or a glass of wine, eat sweets or chew a chewing gum or eat extra food, the diet will loose its effect and should be discontinued. You could then try the diet again after 6 months unless if you have completed day 6, then the diet may be started again after 3 months.

If the diet is followed 100%, it may absolutely NOT to be done again before 12 months. The recommendation however is that the cure only be started after 24 months if needed.

Since the cure is quite long, it might be difficult to plan for it. However try and schedule it for a period in time when you think you might not be invited to dinners etc.

Should you during the diet feel hungry, drink cold water. You can drink as much water as you like but make sure to drink at least 2 litres per day.
