Slice the bread into triangles. | ||||
|

Line a pie dish with bread. | ||||
|
3. |
Sprinkle with raisins. | ||||
|
4. |
Beat the eggs and egg yolk and add to milk. | ||||
|
5. |
Add the nutmeg powder and honey to milk mixture. | ||||
|
6. |
Pour mixture over bread slices. | ||||
| 7. | Allow the milk to sip into bread and bake the pudding in an oven at 180°C. | ||||
| 8. | Make sure the top of the pudding is browned before removing from oven. | ||||
| 9. | This will take 30-40 minutes. | ||||
