I don't own Sailor Moon. They all belong to Naoko and all those producer folks out there. ************************************************************************ Serenity and Endymion: Silver Love-Chapter 2 'Endy wake up! You'll miss it.' Usagi sat at her window staring up at the starry sky. The sunrise was coming, and she didn't want to miss it. She was now at the age of ten, and ever since she'd been eight, she hadn't missed a sunrise or a sunset. Like Endymion had said they were to good to miss, and she didn't miss a one. 'Are you coming or not?' Endymion growled into his pillow. 'I'm tired Bunny. I was up late last night with my parents telling me all about my new guards that I'll be training with in Avalon. They had to make sure I knew everything.' Usagi's spirits dropped at the mention of the new guards, but picked them up before Endymion could notice. Their psyhic link had grown such that they sensed everything from the other. All thoughts, all feelings, they sensed when the other was in trouble, and they were able to heal and comfort one another, even at far distances. But now, Usagi was worried. Avalon was a far greater distance from the Royal Kingdom, and farther than any distance they'd covered when one was in trouble. Half-way across the world, and she was worried that she would lose contact with him, and their friendship would lessen. But Usagi couldn't let him know how she felt, he had his own troubles. 'It won't work Bunny.' Endymion said gruffly. 'What won't?' She asked innocently. 'You trying to hide your feelings and thoughts. I can detect them too easily. Don't worry, we'll still be able to keep in touch, and our friendship won't change I promise you.' Usagi sighed glancing out the window once more. 'Who will I talk to. Who will I share all my secrets and feelings with? Your the only one who knows my darkest sercrets.' Endymion smiled at that, and climbed out of bed. 'Our link can extend far distances. There is no reason why we can't talk even from where I'll be staying.' 'But what if you become such good friends with these new guards of yours, that you forget about me? Or what if something happens, and I won't know because our link doesn't last that far? What if-' 'Bunny calm down. Every thing is going to be okay. Don't worry. I'll stay your friend no matter what.' Usagi sighed again. 'Okay....I'll quite my worrying. Now hurry. You don't want to miss our annual sunrise.' Endymion laughed at her excitedness, and dressed quickly in black breeches that hugged his hips and legs, and then dressed in a white dress shirt, that had an open neck, and puffed sleeves. He adorned black boots, placed on his belt, and then was out the door. At the age of thirteen his tall somewhat scrawny appearance was melting away into muscle and tone as he reached the stages of teenage years, and soon adulthood. As he left his bedroom he sent a swift message to Usagi. 'I'm coming. You'd better be dressed.' Usagi snorted, as she tugged at the belt of her night robe. Since the age of ten, Queen Galalia had insisted on aacustoming Usagi to dresses and the attire fit for young ladies. Usagi hated the confined feeling she got from the dresses, and anticipated the time when she would be able to escape the Queen and her lessons, and adorn her breeches once more. 'I'm in my robe Endy. It's okay.' Endymion chuckled as he opened the door, knowing how much Usagi hated wearing dresses, and alway's dawdled until the last second before she had to put on the cursed garment. Usagi was already seated at the window looking down into the gardens, when he entered. She sensed his pressence instantly, and turned to face him with a bright smile. At her age, Usagi's baby fat had melted away to form the figure she would have as an adult although giving her no justice for one so young. Her blonde hair had become somewhat more silver over the years, and the blonde was slowly leaving her hair. She still kept it in the customary style she's worn since three, but now her hair hung down to below her knees. Freckles still adorned her nose, though they had grown fainter. Her crystal blue eyes had grown a darker shade, and a natural shade of pink adorned her cheeks and lips. To Endymion she was adorable in a sisterly kind of way,for he saw her as nothing more, nothing less. They were siblings and best friends, and it would alway's stay that way. Endymion wanted it that way. "Finally you are here," she whispered to ensure no one heard them. "Who's the late sleeper now." Endymion glared at her, and sat down on the seat, before facing the view outside. The stars were slowly beginning to fade, and as they watched faint flicker's of the suns first rays began to appear. They watched in silence as the sky became a splash of pinks, oranges, and blues as the sun began it's annual rise. As the sun rose, birds began to sing, and the morning dew began to settle. "I love mornings," Usagi sighed, her eyes glued to the sun. "It's so calm and peaceful. So beautiful." Endymion nodded in silent aggreement. A Robin flying by, landed on their window seal chirping happily and beautifully to all who would hear. Usagi pursed her lips, and whistled to the Robin mimicking it almost exactly. The Robin tilted it's head at that faint sound, and then flew off. Usagi watched it fly off, giggling happily. "I'll never figure out how you do that." Usagi turned to Endymion, the bright smile on her face. "Do what?" She asked. Endymion guestured out the window to the path the Robin had just flown. "Immitate animals like that. I haven't seen one animal you can't immitate our communicate with yet." "It's just something I'm able to do," Usagi said shrugging. "It came naturally. I can't explain it." "Well at least I can form things out of thin air and you can't." To prove his point, Endymion placed his hand behind his back, and when he drew it out, a yellow rose that was in full bloom rested in his palm. Usagi smiled happily, taking the rose from Endymion, noticing as she did that it had no thorns. "Alway's looking out for me Endy," she giggled, bringing the rose to her nose to inhail it's lovely scent. Endymion shrugged. "Well it just comes natural. I protect you, and you protect me. We're equals." Usagi nodded, placing the rose in her lap. "A yellow rose," She commented fingering the petals. "A symbolizm of everlasting friendship." Endymion nodded. "No matter what happens to me, I'll always be your best friend." He chucked her gently under the chin. "Your stuck with me." Usagi giggled happily ducking her head. Endymion stood up, and stretched. "Well, let's get down to breakfast. I've a long day ahead of me, and I need all the strength I can get," he said between a yawn and his stretch. Usagi stood and walked over to the night stand beside her bed. After setting the rose on the night stand, she turned and headed towards the door. "Remind me to get a vase filled with some water to put the rose in," She said over her shoulder as she opened the door. "You won't need it," Endymion said still standing at the window. Usagi stopped and faced him. "What do you mean?" "The rose was created by magic. It won't wilt or die. That is unless our friendship dies....then the rose will die." "Why is that?" Usagi asked. Endymion walked over to the door, and together the two headed down the hall. "That's how the magic works between us. When I make something for you, it won't go away or die, or whatever the case may be until what ever emotion or reason for making that object dies or is destroyed." Usagi nodded, then got a sudden mischievious smile spread on her face. "Hey I'll race you to breakfast," and with that she took off running. Smiling happily, Endymion took off after her. "Somethings never change," He muttered under his breath, but the smile still covered his lips. Queen Galalia sat at the breakfast table with her husband. With them sat four other young men around the age of fifteen down to the age of thirteen. They were each quiet, sipping at their tea, or gazing around at their surroudings. Suddenly there was a loud crash followed by a shriek, and then the door burst open. Endymion race in followed right behind by Usagi. Both were so intent on reaching their goal, both weren't watching their footing, and so Endymion tripped on the edge of the carpet, and Usgai fell right on top of him. All six present at the table stood at the commotion and stood in shock at the two on the ground. Endymion looked up sheepishly to his parents. Their glared down at him, disapointed at his antics, and Usagi didn't help much, by bursting into giggles and then laughter into his back. "G-G-Good Morning your majesties," She said between giggles, before pushing herself off Endymion. She curtsied to them, and then noticed the four young men sitting at the table. Her eyes widened in shock, and then a blush covered her cheeks. "Oh....ummm....good morning." They all nodded, though they still stared from Endymion to Usagi and then back in shock. Endymion pushed himself up, bowing to his parents. "Good morning father and mother." The Queen finally gained her composure, and cleared her throat nervously. "Yes....well....Good morning to you to my son. Endymion may I introduce you to your new Guard." Endymion paled slightly, and for the first time noticed the boys standing at the table. Endymion groaned and dropped his head into his hands. 'Nice first impression,' Usagi said in her mind. 'They just got a rare glimpse at the real Endymion, Prince of the Earth.' Endymion glared at her through his hands, and then straightened up, bowing to the boys. "I welcome you to my Kingdom, and hope you enjoy your stay." The boys nodded, still not speaking. The Queen stepped over to them. "May I introduce you to Malachite, Zoicite, Neflite, and Jedite. These are you new Guards Endy." As she introduced them Usagi's eyes looked at each one. Malachite was around the age of fifteen. He already had a slight muscular build, with a tall frame. He had shoulder length white hair, with slight locks falling into his face. His face was oval shaped with a pointed chin. He had largely slanted eyes, with eyes the color of the ocean. He was quite handsome. Zoicite had long blonde hair pulled back into a pony tail. Though Usagi hated to admit it, she thought Zoicite had a more feminime figure. He had a face similar to that of Malachite's, but more square. His eyes had the same slant, but instead of blue, his eyes were green. Neflite had long redish hair that fell to the middle of his back. His face was square with a pointed chin. He had deep blue eyes, that seemed to hold alot of wisdom for his age, and his face was sullen, not a smile cracked his lips, though Usagi could tell that he did have a sense of humor and would enjoy any mischief. Jedite had short blonde hair, with a slightly shorter frame than that of Malachite and Neflite. He had blue eyes, which sparkled with mischief, and knowledge. He had a friendly smile, and Usagi liked him instantly. Each bowed as their name was announced to Endymion and then to the King and Queen. "As you know, this is the crown prince Endymion," They all nodded, and then turned eyes to Usagi. Usagi gulped and blushed. She hated attetnion. The Queen walked over hugging Usagi warmly. "This is Usagi." They stared at Usagi shock written on their faces, or more like what Usagi wore. Usagi had forgotten to change, and so she was still dressed in her night attire with a robe. "Oh no!" She Shrieked. "Please excuse me." With that she turned and fled. Endymion laughed, and then faced the young men. "It's pleasure to meet you. Forgive me for my entrance. I didn't know you were supposed to arrive until later this afternoon. The one known as Malachite spoke up. "The Queen asked us to be here this morning. She wanted us to get to know one another as soon as possible." Endymion smiled in understanding, and took his seat at the table. "I really do apologize for the embarrassing show." "On contrary Prince Endymion, it was quite entertaining," The one known as Jedite said, a wide grin on his face. Endymion smiled back. "It was kind of funny. But please call me Endy. I hate formalities. I know what I am, and I hate being called it. Just call me plain Endy." They all nodded. The servants brought in the food, and all converstation stopped for the moment. Once the servants left, the converstaion started up. "Do you guys alway's do that?" Neflite asked, speaking of Endymion and Usagi. Endymion smiled sheepishly, and nodded. "We race eachother in everything, alway's trying to out do the other. She beats me in alot of things, but she has yet to beat me to breakfast." They all laughed at that. The doors burst open, and Usagi walked in looking very dejected. Endymion noticed her wearing a dress, and understood the down face. She was dressed in a flattering dress. It was a pearl white. The bodice hugged her chest and waist, going low in the back, and ending in a bow. The skirt flowed about her waist and legs in layers. The first layer started in an 'A' shape at the bodice and then spread out and around to the back, with a slight train behind. Underneath that, the material was a light rosy pink. The neck of the bodice was square, which connected to her sleeves which were puffed at the shoulders, and then hugged her arms down to her wrist. Pearl beads were pinned into her hair, with a pearl chocker about her neck, and pearl earings in her ears. She looked pretty, but she didn't flaunt it like some girls do, on the contrary she kept her head bowed, her steps slow, a pout on her face. 'Smile Usagi, you look down in the mouth. What will these four think of you, if you show up like that each morning.' Usagi looked up at him, and glared. 'You would be down in the mouth too, if you had to wear this.' Usagi gestured to the dress, then sat in her chair with a 'harumph'. Endymion smiled widely, and then chuckled. "Much better Usagi," he said aloud. "Now you look like you know how to dress." "Oh shut up Endymion. Give me breeches and a shirt any day." Usagi turned to her breakfast, and began to eat. Endymion smiled even wider, and the Guards smiled as well. "Aren't you going to greet our guests." Usagi looked up from her toast, her eyes going around the table. "I've met them. Welcome to the Earth Kingdom, and good luck dealing with him." She pointed at Endymion with her fork, and then dug into her breakfast once more. The guards began to chuckle, and muffled them with coughs, when Usagi looked up, suspicion written on her face. "What?" Endymion coughed, clearing his throat. "Nothing Bunny. Don't worry." "Bunny?" All eyes turned to Neflite. "What an interestig name. You are called Usagi, and Endymion calls you Bunny. Is it like a nickname?" "Well....Usagi means 'Bunny'. So I call her that. It's my little name for her," Endymion explained. "I came up with the name when I was six." He seemed sort of embarrassed by it, and Usagi wondered why. "I like Bunny instead of Usagi. Usagi's too formal," She said, looking straight at Endymion. "All my friends call me Bunny." "Does that include us?" Neflite asked, hope shining in his eyes. Endymion wondered at that hope, and what it meant. Usagi nodded brightly. "Any friend of Endymion's is a friend of mine." Neflite smiled widely. Conversation stopped as they all turned to their breakfast. When they were all through, Endymion pushed back his chair, and stood. "What would you all like to do first today? Uh.....how long are you staying before we leave for Avolon?" Zoicite srunched his brow thoughtfully, counting mentally. "We stay and study with you for a month, and then we leave for Avolon." "Only a month??!!" Usagi exclaimed. "Then your gone for four years?!" Zoicite nodded. "Yes that is correct." Usagi pushed away from the table, and began to pace. "I thought you'd be here longer. You can't leave so soon." She didn't look at any one as she spoke, but all knew she spoke to Endymion. "Hey calm down Bunny. It'll all be okay. We'll keep in touch, and we'll see each other every two years out of the four." Usagi stopped her pacing, and faced Endymion. "What do you mean?" "Well every two years, the Royals around the world gather at Avolon to witness the progress of their trainees. A huge banquet is thrown, where awards are presented, and then certain skills are shown to prove their success. Then they leave and return at the next two years to witness the next progress their appliant has made. So don't worry, you'll see me in two years." Usagi thought about it for a moment, and then smiled a sad smile. "It'll have to do," she said softly. She faced all the guards,a and curtsied to them. "If you'll excuse me, I'm sure Endy has things to show you, and I won't be allowed to attend. So I'll be heading off." She bowed her head once more, before exiting the room. When she left, Neflite spoke up. "She's cute. Do you think I have a chance at her?" Endymion's protection instincts set in and he faced Neflite. "It's up to her. But be careful, she's young. I don't want anything to happen to her." Being slightly psyhic himself, Neflite was able to tell that Endymion wasn't jealous or threatened by him, just very protective of Usagi, and he was one who would make sure no harm came to her. "I woulnd't hurt her," Neflite said seriously. "On my honor as a Guard I would treat her with high respect." Endymion nodded. He headed towards the door, and the other four followed. "I guess I'll start with a tour of the palace, and then I'll show you the kingdom." Usagi sat in her bedroom, staring at the yellow rose that Endymion had just created that morning. He said it symbolized their friendship, and that it would bloom as long as their friendship stood strong. She knew their friendship was solid, but a nagging feeling at the back of her head told her that their friendship was about to go through a great challenge and change. She hoped the change would be for the better. She stood up, and walked over to the window, and gazed at the garden. She spotted Endymion showing the Guards the garden, and as she watched they headed over to the fountain. The fountain was of a couple locked in a passionate embrace, with water forming around them, almost like a protective shileld. They all sat down at the edge of the fountain. They all had bright smiles on their faces, and she could tell they were laughing. She was happy that Endymion had made friends with them. From what she had understood from her lessons, these four boys would be Generals one day, the sworn protectors of Endymion. They would be his constant companions, friends and confidels. They would be expected to lay their life down for him, and to protect him at all costs. It seemed like a large responsibility for ones so young, but they seemed to accept it, and almost seemed happy that they were the ones choosen for the job. It was a large honor to be choosen as the Crown Princes' Generals and only the best were choosen. Each had abilities better than the other so that they were an unbeatable force. Endymion was well protected. Suddenly they all looked up at the window as if sensing Usagi's pressence, and she stepped back with a gasp. After a moment they all turned back to the conversation at hand, and Usagi continued to watch at a distance so she wouldn't be seen. She looked at them all in turn, studying their appearance, and their personality inside. As she brushed unknowingly into their minds she learned about each personalities, and their powers, and weaknesses. Malachite was a serious fifteen year old. He was one who took his responsibilities seriously, and was one who didn't make friends easily because of his spirit. He was one who would put the team before himself, and think clearly before rushing in. And though he was one who tended to be by himself, she could tell he liked Endymion, and was slowly warming up to him. He had a uniquie power about him. He seemed to be one that could take ones attacks used by magic thrown at him, and throw it back at them. He also had a small abitlity to sense emotions, but that was it. Zoicite was the more quiet one of the group, quiet and shy. He was one who liked to study alot, and spent most of his time ananlyzig things to form a solution. He had the uniquie ability to control some elements of nature such as water, and ice, but that was it. Jedite was the more fun-loving and ambitious member of the group. He loved a good time, but was one with a quick temper. He had the ability to sense danger when it was near, and to sense when there was evil about. He had a small ability with fire, which he was still developing and growing into. Neflite was the strange one, the one that puzzled her. He was had a sense of humor, but he was also very serious, even more so than Malachite. He had the strongest psyhic abilities of the four, and the strongest power with his psyhic abilities. He could call upon the elements of the stars to defeat his enemies. He was one that could forsee the future or the past from the stars, and they were his world. He was a good fighter though, and he was friendly. They would be good people for Endymion. Usagi knew he would be safe. But there was a shadow over each one that she sensed, and she didn't know why. Suddenly Neflite looked up sensing her brushing their minds. 'What are you up to Little Rabbit?' He asked teasingly with his mind. Usagi gasped, and stepped farther into the room away from the window. 'It's okay. They won't mind. Most likely they didn't even know that you were searching through their minds. I have nothing to hide. But, you were able to break through my barriers, how come I can't break through yours. Where is your past? Where are you from?' Usagi squeezed her eyes shut, concentrating deep into her mind. 'There is an empty void. The reason why Sir Neflite, is because I don't know who I am. I lost my memory of my family, my home, everything when I was only three. Endymion gave me the name I have, and that is all I know. The memories afterward are all from this life I lead now.' 'I'm am sorry,' He said gravely. 'I know what it is like.' Usagi srunched her brow in confusion. 'How?' 'I never lost my memory, but my family was killed in a raid against my home.' Usagi sat on her bed staring at the rose on the night stand. 'Maybe it's better to not remember your family than to know them and have them leave your life on a choice not their own.' Neflite nodded gravely. 'Maybe. After that happened, I was taken in with Jedite's family. We're like brothers. We grew up together.' Usagi smiled remembering Endymion. 'Endymion became my brother when I was found. He protects me, and cares for me, and I do the same for him. We are the best of friends. His family is my family now.' Unknown to them both, Endymion was listening in on their converstaion. It was true Usagi was his family. She was his little sister. He couldn't help but feel protective. She was so innocent, so trusting of all people, a ray of light on a dark day. She was pure goodness, and he didn't want to see that lost. She was too important to him. "Hey Endy, you okay?" Endymion shook his head as Jedite spoke to him, and he smiled. "I'm fine. I was just thinking." He stood up, and the others followed suit. Neflite was the last to stand up, and Endymion could guess that he had just ended his converstation with Usagi. "Shall we continue with the tour?" The others nodded, and they left the garden. The day had finally come to a close, and the sun was setting. Usagi sat in the Rose Gardens on a bench watching the sun descend to the horizon. She heard a sound behind, but didn't turn. "Hi Endy," she said softly, almost afraid to break the spell the sun had cast with it's soft hues. Endymion sat down next to her, watching the sunset in silence. "Their really nice. Your going to do fine with them. They'll be great friends. Your in good hands." She stared at him as he continued to watch the sunset memorizing his features. "I'm going to miss you," she said after a long moment of silence. Endymion turned to her. The sun reflected on his hair causing an almost glow to his face and features. He was going to be so handsome when he grew up. He smiled sadly at her. "I'll miss you too." Suddenly Usagi threw herself into Endymion's arms. "Promise me you won't forget me. Promise you won't loose touch." Endymion wrapped his arms around her hugging her tightly. "I promise. We'll watch the sunrise and sunset together each day. I won't forget you, I can't forget you." Endymion reached out a hand and tugged on a lock of hair from her pigtails. "Besides, who could forget a hair style like this, face it Buns, your unforgettable." Usagi smiled at him, and then reaching behing her neck, unhooked her charm. "Take this with you. It will protect you. On it I place my aura, so that when you are hurt or in danger it will help you and heal you." She placed the charm around his neck, and Endymion brushed his hands against it. "I know how much this means to you Bunny. I'll take good care of it, and I'll alway's treasure it." Endymion thought for a moment. "It seems only fair that I leave you something. Close your eyes." Usagi stared at him suspiciously, and then did as he commanded. "Together with our energy, I form an object of your desire. With this it will have a part of me in it, so that when I am away, you will have something to keep that will comfort you and keep you company when I cannot." Usagi felt his aura brush with hers. It was a wonderful sensation, and she reveled in it. As their aura's connected, an image began to form in their minds. It was a locket, shaped like a star. It was golden, with a little top that could open to show a crescent moon moving in a circle to music. "Endy," Usagi gasped, her eyes still closed. "Keep your eyes closed, and concentrate on the locket. In a moment it will be real." Usagi concentrated hard, and as she concentrated she began to hear faint music. The more the object became a real article, the louder the music became. Suddenly Usagi felt a faint weight in her hand, and she opened her eyes to see the locket in her palm. "This locket will play according to your mood. As long as I live it will play on, and just like the rose, as long as we are friends, and stay close to one another, it will play on." Usagi looked up at Endymion, tears shining in her eyes. "I will treasure this alway's Endy. Thank you. Travel safely, and come back to me." Endymion nodded, and they hugged once more, before each heading off in different directions to finish last miute details, before heading to bed. After a month of hard training and aquaintancing himself with his Guards, it was time for Endymion to leave to Avolon. The day dawned bright and cool. The King and Queen stood outside the gates of the palace, where Endymion and his Guards stood with their horses about to take off. Usagi stood beside them, her head bowed her hands clasped at her chest, gazing at the sunrise. 'This is my last sunrise to be seen with Endymion here. I know I can do fine without him, but I'll miss him dreadfully. He's my best friend, I'll never find another like him.' Endymion was saying good-bye to servants and townsfolk who had come to say farewell, smiling and laughing with them. Usagi looked down at the ground. 'I'm happy for him, I really am. He's trained hard for this day, and he's ready. I'm just sad to see him leave. But I must cheer up, or he'll pick up on my emotions, and then it'll be harder on him.' Usagi forced a smile, and calmed her emotions so that they were at a level of dormancy, where she felt nothing. The only emotion that would be detected is the one she willed, and that was her happiness for Endymion. Soon it was the King and Queen's turn to bid farewell, and they stepped forward, Usagi a step behind them. The Queen reached her son first and wrapped him into a tight embrace. "I am so proud of you my son. You have come along way. Train hard for our Kingdom, and come back the Prince you alway's were and will become." Endymion hugged her tightly, smelling her familiar scent and rememebering her before looking up at her, and nodding. "I will make you proud of me mother. I will come home trained to defend and lead our kingdom as it was meant to be led." The Queen nodded her eyes misting. "I am already proud of you my son. Your deeds will only make that pride stronger." Endymion hugged her tightly once more, before facing his father. His father wrapped him a huge bear hug, and Endymion returned it ten fold. "You are going to be a great ruler my son. Go and show them what you are made of." As she watched Endymion say farewell to his parents, Usagi could tell what features came from what parent. Endymion had definentely gotten his handsome looks from his father. His tall, muscular build, his thick black hair, and his handsome eyes, although his tall frame, face shape and eyes came from his mother. Both were extremely handsome people, and Endymion would be no exception when he grew up. Finally Endymion released his father and turned to Usagi. Her face was lowered to the ground, her hands clasped tightly at her chest. 'I know we said our good-byes at the fountain,' she said to him through her mind. 'But it still doesn't make this any easier. Do you have the charm with you?' Endymion patted the front of his shirt. 'Tucked safely beneath my shirt so that no harm will come to it.' Usagi looked up her eyes misted with tears, but a teasing smile on her lips. 'Are you sure it's under there for safe keeping, or is it hidden so that the other boys won't tease you about having a girlie locket.' Endymion stepped closer, chuckling softly. 'Well....what can I say. I need to keep my manly image.' Usagi laughed, but after a moment the smile died. She launched herself into his arms, hugging him tightly. "I'll miss you. Your going to do wonderful. Your going to be the top student in all subjects and areas. Your the best. Take care, and I'll see you in two years." Endymion hugged her tightly to him, relunctant to let her go, and she him. They had grown so close since childhood, and it was difficult to leave the other. Finally they released one another. Endymion kept his eyes locked with hers as he backed up toward his horse, then he turned mounted and with a yell they were off. Usagi watched until they were out of sight, and then looked up at the sun. 'Protect him spirits in the sky. Let no harm come to him. Let him return home to me.' Usagi turned back to the gate, and entered the castle courtyard. She was about to climb the stairs leading to the upper chambers, when the Queens voice stopped her. "Bunny?" Usagi stopped and faced her. "Yes your majesty." The Queen walked up to Usagi, and wrapped her arms around her. "I know how hard this is for you. You've had Endy in your life since you've been here. You two are practically unseperable. I was thinking....to make his leaving a little bit easier, how would you like guards of your own." "Guards?" Usagi asked. "You mean male guards who will guard and protect me like what Malachite, Jedite, Zoicite, and Neflite do for Endy?" The Queen nodded. "Something like that, except your guards will be female. They will be trained in different skills of battle, and they will also have some magical abilities to protect you better as well. How does that sound. That way, you won't be so loney without Endy here." "How many will I have?" Usagi asked, her thoughts racing. "You will have the customary four guards which every memeber of the Royal Family has. What do you think Usagi....do you like that idea?" Usagi thought for a moment, then a bright smile covered her lips. "I think that would be great. When can I meet them? When do they come?" The Queen smiled happily. "They will be here tommorrow. The choosing wasn't hard. It seems almost as if thes girls were meant for you. Like they found me. I'm sure you'll love them and get along fine with them. How's that for you?" Usagi threw her arms around Galalia. "Oh thank you mother. Your the best."
