Chapter Five: Match Making x4

Endymion’s Room (Operation Mercury):
Serenity laid down on the bed. She was exhausted and all she could think about were the
dates that Endymion was supposed to have with her Senshi. She stared up at the tiled ceiling
while Endyimon lay beside her, holding her hand and stoking it. “I’m worried,” Serenity
admitted. “I can tell,” he muttered back. “They might force you to marry one of my senshi,”
Serenity said. “Not if they knew that we were in love. The Earth and the Moon have alright
relations with each other but we need relations that will stay tough and strong,” Endymion
explained, “Us getting married will make those relations strong.” “I see Serenity,” said as she
got up off the bed. “Where are you going?” Endy asked her. “Well i believe you have a date
with Amy,” Serenity said. “Ah yes the Ice and Knowledge Soldier,” He said, “I better get
ready.” “Where is she taking you to?” Serenity questioned. “I’m meeting her at the library and
then we’re going to the Opera.” “Sounds like fun,” Serenity sighed. “I can tell you that it will be
boring. But one things for sure Operation Mercury is in place.” “and what would Operation
Mercury be, might I ask?” “I must destroy our date completely.” Endymion said as he kissed
Serenity goodbye and walked out of the room.

Palace Library:
Endymion was quite early at the library and he wondered if Mercury would be there this early.
Sure enough he found her sitting at a desk at the far corner of the library. She was wearing a
pale blue dress that came past her knees. “Good Evening Princess Amy of Mercury,”
Endymion said politely. Amy then turned around and replied, “As to you, Prince Endymion.”
“I’m sorry but I must continue reading this chapter before we go to the Opera. Plus we still
have time.” “Of course would you mind if I went into the bookshelf to find a book,” Endy asked
her. “But all means please do,” she replied and with that she stuck her head back in her book.
Now my plan goes into action he thought to himself. He walked slightly down the aisles of
bookshelfs. He noticed that there was about twenty people here. He searched through a few
books at the back of an aisle. He raised his hand and pushed the bookshelf. He just
happened to be at the last bookshelf which was at the end of the library. The bookshelf that
he pushed feel down on the one in the next aisle. People started noticing this and ran out of
the aisles. Down came the bookshelves one by one. Bang Bang Bang BANG!

Amy and Endymion walked out of the library slightly. “It wasn’t you’re fault. How could you
have known that one of the aisle’s was on a tilt,” Mercury said to him. Endymion remembered
back to what had happened just a few minutes ago. After the bookshelf fell down Amy came
to see it Endymion was hurt. “Prince Endymion are you alright? You must have had such a
fright when the bookshelves feel down. Here let me get you to your feet.”  “I’m fine Princess
please.” “Well if you are you can talk to the lunarian guards about how it happened. Well
there Endymion was trying to tell this fake story that he noticed that a book was under the
bookshelf. And that he reached down to pick it up and the bookshelf fell down. “Whatever you
say your majesty,” one of the lunarian guards answered. “Maybe you should go and get some
sleep.” the other lunarian guard said. Endymion nodded and followed Amy out of the now
wrecked library. “I still say that he’s delusional and they want to set him up for life with one of
our Princess, hhaa,” the guard said to his partner.

Endymion’s Room:
Endymion sat down at his desk while watching the 11 o’clock news. “Today,” a reporter said,
“in Royal news. It is said that the Palace library had a new make-over. And the decorator
seemed to be the Prince Endymion of Earth. Once through will his colour scheme plans he
moved on to demolishing the furniture. Firstly up on his roster were the Library’s Bookshelves
which were demolished instantly.” Just then the news showed pictures of the Bookshelves
falling on each other and Amy trying to get Endmion up. Endymion then heard a giggle
coming from behind him. he turned round and there sat Serenity. “I trust that your date went
well,”  Serenity asked. But she already new the answer. “Not very well. I only managed to
wreck the whole library in five minutes. Then Amy suggested that we both retire.” “Well
there’s always tomorrow,” Serenity said as she climbed benearth Endymion’s bed covers.

Next Morning (Operation Venus):
Endymion was now on his way to meet the Senshi of Love, Sailor Venus. He had quite a
good sleep. Serenity had returned to her bedroom a hour later. After they had had a chat.
Ahead of him was a rocky boat ride with Princess Mina. Mina stood on the dock waiting she
had already hired the boat long ago. She had every intention to tell Darien that he didn’t have
to come if he didn’t want to. “I am the Goddess of Love,” she muttered. Mina had already
realised days ago that Endymion and Serenity were in love. “Excuse me, Princess Mina,”
Darien asked. That then disrupted Mina’s train of thought. “Oh hello Prince Endymion,” Mina
said, “You don’t have to come on this boat ride if you don’t want, to you know that don’t you?”
“Yes but i want to,” Darien uttered. He had to get his parents off his back. If Mina said to his
parents that they hadn’t gone on the boat ride. They would set up another date with Princess
Mina. Mina was about to get in the boat when Endymion helped her. “Thank you,” she said.
He then got in the boat himself and they sailed out towards the sea. “Isn’t it a nice day?” Mina
asked him. “Yes nice,” Endymion said as they sailed down a stream. “I’ll row if you like?”
Mina asked. “No, I’m fine” “I’m a senshi you know not a weakling. We trained in everyway to
fight.” “I’m fine really please lay back and relax.” Mina did as she was told. Right Operation
Venus has started he said to himself. They kept rowing for a while and all was quite. The boat
was now sailing down a little river. Endymion then started to rock the boat.”What’s that?”
Mina asked. “I’ll get up and look,” Endymion replied. “No, don’t,” Mina yelled. Soon as Endy
got up the boat started to tip over under the weight. Mina tried as best she could to steadie it.
But it was no use. The boat then turned over and Endymion and Mina splashed in to the
water.

Mina’s yellow dress was now soaking. Endymion’s armor was making him sink. Mina quickly
thought off the possiblities. My dress will make me sink only one choice. Mina then reached
in her pocket and yelled, “Venus Star Power.” She then transformed and walked on the
water.Once Mina got onto land she powered up and yelled, “Venus Love Chain Encircle.” Her
chain feel at Endymion and wrapped around him pulling him out the water. “Thank you,” he
managed to say between coughs. “Well if you wanted to wreck my date why didn’t you just
say so,” Mina said. “What?” “I know so don’t worry Endy. I know that you love Sere. I can see
it in your eyes” Mina told him. “And you let me get up and rock the boat and fall into the river,”
Endy asked. Mina just nodded. “Do you promise not to tell anybody?” Endymion asked. “You
falling in the river or you being in love with Serenity?” Mina asked. “Both” “Ok you got it,”
Mina promised, “But you better get cleaned upb otherwise you’ll give yourself away. And
haven’t you got a date with Raye this afternoon.” “Oh my god, I almost forgot about that,”
Endymion said as he got up and broke in a run, “Thanks Princess Mina.” “People in love,”
Mina said as she thought about Malachite.

Fire Temple (Operation Mars):
After his little accident with Princess Mina of Venus he was determind not to get wet again.
But it just so happens that  Raye wanted to perform a Fire Tradition in front of him. He quietly
knocked on the door to the temple. “Come in,” a female voice replied. “Good Afternoon,
Princess Raye,” Endymion said. “Hey, Endy,” Raye said, “How are you today? and how was
your date with Mina.” “Yeah it was alright.” “Great let’s start the Sacred Fire Tradtion. Please
sit here.” Endymion sat beside Raye who was sitting only a few cms away from the fire.
“Ready,” Endy uttered. They both then closed their eyes and started to meditate. Raye waved
her hands a few times near the fire. Now it was Endymion’s turn to do so. He started waving
his hands but without his eyesight it was hard to tell if he was going to burn himself or not .
Too late....aaahhhh. Raye opened her eyes and saw the Endy’s hand was on fire. She
reached to the left off her and picked up a bucket of water and threw it over Endymion’s
hands. “Thanks, I ‘ll see you later” Endymion said as he ran out of the temple. Leaving a very
puzzled Fire Goddess. He ran towards Serenity room. He slowly knocked on the door. “Yes,”
a friendly voice said. “It’s me, Let me in” Endy told her. “Oh hello me. How are you?” Serenity
answered. “I’m serious Serenity let me in.” “Okay Okay no need to get up me” She said as
she opened her door to let in her love. She then saw his hand. “Endy oh my god. What
happened to you?”  “Princess Raye’s fire that what happened,” Endymion answered. “Well I
can fix that,” Serenity said, “Just stand there,” Serenity said. “Moon Healing Activation.” Light
flowed from Serenity hands and repaired Endy’s hands. “There you go feel better,” Serenity
asked. “But how did you do that?” “I have powers you know. Powers like you and me won’t
believe.” “Oh my god.I’m late Princess Lita’s going to kill me.” He kissed Serenity and ran.

Palace Kitchen (Operation Jupiter):
They kitchen was unbelievably quiet. Probably because Princess Lita had told them to get
out.. “Hello,” a voice form behind called out. He spun around quickly and saw that it was only
Princess Lita of Jupiter. “You scared me,” Endy told her. “Yeh I can see that,” she said as she
laughed. He noted that she was the most laid back of the four. “So let’s get cooking.”
“Cooking,” Endymion spluttered, “I don’t even know how to make a cup of coffee.” “Then
you’ll learn,” Lita replied with a grin, “Tonight we’ve making bread.” Endymion choked. “Ok
Bread Mix, Water and Yeast that’s all it takes. I thought that i would start you off slow.”
Endymion then picked up the 5kg Bread Mix and managed to put it on the bench. “Ok now i
need 4 cups,” Lita instructed . “Right ,“ he uttered. As he quickly got four cups out of the bag.
But Endymion done it a bit too quickly. Causing the whole bag of Bread Mix to fall on to of
him. Lita reached down to help him up but she couldn’t stop giggling. “What’s so funny?” he
asked. “Your..Your covered in Bread Mix aaaahh,” she managed to say. “I’ll see you in the
Palace Chambers later, right now I’m going to change my clothes.”  “Yes your majesty,” Lita
said as she bowed respectfully and continued to work on making the bread.

He managed to get  to his room without being seen by any servants. He shut his door as fast
as he could. “What happened to you?” A voice whispered. :I suppose i flowered out of  my
date with Lita.” Serenity laughed out loud. He turned around to tell her off but noticed that she
was a silver gown that hung around her figure. “Do you like?” Serenity asked, “I’m wearing
this for when we go and talk to your parents.” “And when will we be doing that?” he said as he
threw himself forward upon her. “Right after this, i suppose,” Serenity said as she kissed him.

The Palace’s Royal Chambers:
Queen Serenity sat on the top of the pedestal next to her was Princess Serenity’s throne with
was empty at the moment. On the next pedestal sat King William and Queen Diao and the
throne that was for Prince Endymion. The Senshi and the Generals then walked into the
room. “ D you know where my daughter is?”  Queen Serenity asked. “Yes do you know where
my son is?” Queen Diao asked. “Well I saw  Princess Serenity a few hours ago. She took a
walk with me in the Palace gardens,” Jeadite said bowing as he spoke. “Yes, and I saw
Prince Endymion running out of the room after our date. Unfortunatly a whole bag of Bread
Mix fell onto of him and he had to go and get changed,” Lita ansered the Terrian Queen. The
Queens chuckled. Just then Princess Serenity walked in and after her came PrinceEndymion
a few seconds later. “Sorry I’m late mother,” Princess Serenity said as she walked up
towards her throne. Her senshi took their place beside her. But bowing before the past her.

“I’m sorry to be late too mother. I had some matters to attend to,” Prince Endymion replied
couging once he’d finished his sentence. “That’s alright,” Queen Diao answered, “But have
you chosen a wife? Which Princess out of the Inner Senshi will you be marrying?” Endymion
hesitated, then looked at Serenity and then smiled. He looked back towards his father and
mother. “I’ve decided to marry,” He stopped. All of the people in the room were on the edge of
their seat. “The Crown Princess Serenity,”  he said quickly. Everbody gasped except
Princess Serenity and Princess Mina. Serenity got off her throne and walked down towards
Endymion and smiled before they caught each other lips in a kiss.

The Queens were shocked but excited. It had been more than they had ever hoped for. The
Crown Princess of the Silver Millennium and the Moon Kingdom to marry The Crown Prince
of Earth. Serenity and Endymion broke their kissed and stared at everyone. Nobody moved
or blinked. Finally Queen Serenity got off her throne and went to her daughter and hugged
her and  also hugged Endymion. “I give you my blessing,”  Queen Serenity told them. “And
so do I,” Queen Diao said. The Imperial Crystal, which was kept in the middle of Queen
Serenity’s and Princess Serenity’s thrones glowed brightly. Signalling that it too gave it’s
blessing.
