Prince Endymion Strikes Back

           Four years later, Endymion is still
thinking about one thing: revenge. He hasn't forgotten
about it, even though Serenity and himself had become
good friends.     
           Serenity and Endymion were sitting in the
same spot, watching the stars shining above them. Now
its the perfect time for Serenity to tell him. "Sere
four years ago, you told me that necklace means so
much to you. Why is it?" Endymion asked. "I think its
the right time to tell you...I treasure this necklace
because it came from you." Serena answered and
Endymion became confused. "What do you mean by that?"
Endymion once again asked. "Endymion, I'm in love with
you...for a long time. I don't have the guts to tell
you because I'm afraid. But now, I'm strong enough to
tell you" Serenity replied, looking away from him.
Endymion thought that it was a pretty good joke 'So
that was her plan. Good one Sere!' Endymion thought.
Thinking that Serenity said was a joke and then,
Endymion thought about his revenge 'I'm not going to
let you win this time! This time, I'm going to win
this.' he thought.  "That's a very good joke Sere! You
got me there!" Endymion said with a laugh. 'He's
thinking that this is some kind of a joke!' Serenity
thought, forcing back the tears that was about to fall
from her face. Endymion stood up and said "You should
have done that years ago! This one's better that your
other jokes." Endymion said and started to walk away.
"I love you Endymion" Serenity whispered with a soft
cry and what she said startled him. Then he continued
to walk away, not looking back. But if he did, he
would see the loneliest eyes he could see in his
entire life.
           Before Endymion went to sleep, he recalled
what happened earlier. Serenity confessed her love to
him which he thought was a joke. So before things go
more complicated, he decided to leave the Moon the
next day.
           Meanwhile in the other room, Serenity sat
on her bed and cried her heart out. She wasn't making
a joke on him, like she did years ago. She can't sleep
till midnight so she decided to sneek out to
Endymion's room. Once she got in there, she went
towards his bedside and watched him. Endymion looks
peaceful in his sleep, not knowing that someone is
watching him. Serenity looked at him for the last time
and placed a gentle kiss on his forehead, trying not
to wake him up and whispered, "Goodbye, Endymion".
