Well here it is the second chapter of this story. Hope everyone likes it, now on with the story. ~*~**~*~ Chapter 2 "Endy, Endy!! Wait up!" Nephrite yelled as he tried to keep up with a speeding Endymion. Endymion looked back at Nephrite, he smiled innocently before he pushed his jet black horse to go faster. "You have to be faster then that Nephrite." Endy laughed as his friend struggled to catch up. Now starting to feel sorry for his friend, Endy slowed his horse down so the young man could catch up. "You know Nephrite, for one of my generals you sure do suck at riding." Endy laughed at his friends frown. Nephrite glared at Endy. "At least I didn't trip over the Countess of Barbara because I was drunk." Nephrite stated calmly. Endy cringed as he remembered the horrible incident. "Okay you win." As the guy's were riding and laughing over the funny drunken state Endy had been in, Nephrite spotted something in the middle of the road. "Look!" Nephrite shouted as he ran over to the hand that was sticking out from under some leaves. Nephrite began to pull leaves off the body when he stopped and gasped. Never in his life had he seen anything so beautiful. "What is it?" Endy called as he guided both horses over to a stunned Nephrite. "A girl" Nephrite managed to say in a choked whisper. As he touched her pale face he felt shocks of electricity run throughout his body. Endy looked over Nephrite's shoulder and gasped at the sight. Endy thought to himself. "Well we shouldn't leave her here, let's get her back to the palace." Endy said as he easily picked her up and place her gently over his horse. "We have to get back anyway, your mother is entertaining guest tonight." Nephrite said in his calm manner. Endy sighed. "Not again." He despised his mothers so called entertaining, it was just another attempt to set him up with one of those boring girls. His mother was always on his back about finding a wife. "Well let's go." Endy climbed on to his horse and took off, checking every few minutes to see if his angel was okay. ~*~**~*~ "Serenity!" A voice whispered in her head. Lights and pictures flashed by Serenity's eyes but she couldn't make out any of them. She looked around once more but she saw nothing but darkness. "Who's there?" She whispered. "Serenity, be careful you are in grave danger." The voice called again. "What do you mean?" Serenity was now very confused, and she couldn't remember anything, she wasn't really sure if that was her name, but since no one else was in the room. "Serenity you must find the one with the golden crystal, once you find him your true powers will be given to you and you will be able to rid the universe of the evil that is coming soon." "Why me?" Serenity called to the voice. "I am no one special, I'm just a girl." "Just remember what I said Serenity." The voice began to get fainter. "Find the one with the golden crystal and help us rid this world of this evil." Serenity could feel her body being torn from the dream world, she screamed one last time before she was gone. Her eye's fluttered open and almost instantly the pain hit her. "What happened to me?" She whispered to herself. "I feel like a ton of bricks fell on me." Serenity paused as she looked around the foreign room. "Where am I?" She looked around the room once more, noticing how beautiful it was. Serenity gasped as one of the huge doors opened to reveal a plump looking old lady. She was humming peacefully when she noticed Serenity. "Oh you are up." The lady said in a cheerful voice as she walked over to Serenity's side and felt her head. "Hmm.. you cooled down, that's good." Serenity stared at the lady confused. "Where am I? And who are you?" She asked politely. "Oh.. You are in the palace. Prince Endymion and his general Nephrite found you unconscious in the woods. They bought you here so you can recover." Serenity stared at the lady. "Who is Prince Endymion?" The lady laughed, "You don't know the prince. How can you be from Earth and not know your own ruler." Serenity thought for a minute. A million questions went through Serenity's head at once, with no answers to any of them. The woman looked at Serenity sadly. "Well miss since you up, I think it's time for you to take a nice hot bath, I'll go run you water." Serenity looked up from her thoughts. "Excuse me Miss you never told me your name." The lady curtsied to Serenity. "My name is Melinda, and I will be your servant for the rest of your stay." Serenity smiled sweetly. "Now dear child, since you know my name may I know yours?" Serenity blinked, she didn't know her name. Serenity paused for a moment. She remembered something that someone use to call her. "My name is Sere," she said without thinking. Melinda beamed. "What a pretty name." Then she turned and went into the bathroom. Sere sat in bed for a moment, she looked around the room once more before she heard Melinda call for her. She gently eased herself out of bed and stiffly walked over to the door she saw Melinda walk into. When she saw the room she gasped. she thought to herself as she let Melinda take off her nightgown, and help her into the warm water. "I'll be back in a little while miss with your clothes." Sere looked at Melinda. "Melinda please don't call me miss, just call me Sere. We are friends aren't we?" Sere smiled at Melinda "Of course we are, I'll be back, Sere." Melinda smiled and walked out the room. Sere relaxed a little. She said to herself before she let the warmth surround her. ~*~**~*~ Prince Endymion paced his room in worry. He couldn't get the beautiful angel out of his mind. Endy stopped pacing when he heard a knock at the door. "Come in." He sighed. Melinda walked into the room with a light blue gown in one hand and a smile on her face. "She is awake milord." ~*~**~*~ Your probably saying to yourself, "Why in the world is she stopping right there?!" I have my reasons. *Snickers evilly* Come back next week, or whenever I finish the next chapter to find out why I stopped. Okay I wasn't sure how Nephrite's name was spelled, so I let my spell checker do it for me if it's wrong email me and tell me. Thanks Don't forget to email me and review me!!!
