Resident Evil 3: Nemesis
Over a year and a half since a new game had been released in the RE series, Capcom brought gamers RE3: Nemesis. Nemesis was not a true sequel to RE2, but rather a prequel/sequel, taking place 24 hours before and after RE2. You will encounter new enemies, characters, and problems, that neither Claire nor Leon ever saw. Part of the Umbrella Countermeasure Force (UBC), Carlos is in Raccoon City trying to find anyone left after the biological disasters. He has no idea what the schemes of Umbrella really are.
-Mikhail Victor
Another member of UBC, but his role in the game is minimal at best. You don't learn a whole lot about Mikhail during RE3. He is playable in the mercenary game.
-Nicholai Nioviev
Another Russian at UBC, Zinoviev could be a guiding influence to corrupt the minds of those in the UBC or another victim of Umbrella's conspiracy.
