I used to dream I was a princess
Until I got lost in a fairy tale
The clouds swept me up
And I could not find my feet

And when the fantasy breeze
Had brought me to my knees,
It danced away
And left me in the mud

I layed near-dead...
The baking sun
Brought vultures
To circle about my weary head

Resurrection

The princess cried
And died
But a woman reborn
Took her place

She stands in past granduer
But now, in fresh grace
Hunting for dreams
To make real

The warrior queen
Of legend and lore
Lives and breathes
Once more...
