Made Up Magic Expansion: Rita, Tamer Of The Beasts

Here are more cards from Rita Tamer of the beasts,  Cards 12 and 13 refer to two minor characters that where to play minor roles, but in rewriting the story line, I found no use for them, and they have been removed from the story altogether. Also card 14 is way "out of character" for the set after it evolved. All cards have been kept because they have helped shape the storyline, and I didnt want to lose those card concepts. This page was made about a year before the previous page.

(2): put a c counter  on target creature. This abillity can be used by all players.
(3): choose one;  a.All creatures with c counters get -1/-1 untill your next upkeep,
b. All creatures with c counters get -2/-0 untill your next upkeep,
c.All creatures with c counters get +0/+2 untill your next upkeep.
Play this abillity once per turn.

Enchanted creature can not gain Flying
as long as Rita's Hobbles Enchants Enchanted Creature.
If Rita's Hobbles leaves play Enchanted Creature Gains Flying.

X damage, where X is equal to the number of Ouch! counters on that creature."
(4): Put an Ouch! counter on target creature. "When my client gets out of hand and can not  calm down I put him in my padded room, there is not a beast the room can not calm." -Rita

Target Player before his draw phase must put the top card of his libary
into his graveyard. If that card's casting cost is higher than 3 destroy Rita's Enigma.
"The Enigma is the final test. If the client keeps calm during the exam, he passes

if  fails, he needs more treatment."  -Rita

Enchant creature
(X):put a -1/-0 counter on enchanted creature.
X is equal to enchanted creatures power.
"Rita you say you are good, but what good comes from Torture?"
"Nothing, Thats Why I dont Torture, I subdue."

(T): flip a coin,
if the flip is heads target creature gets -1/-1 untill end of turn
if the flip is tails target creature gets  1/ 1 untill end of turn
The target of this abillity must be chosen before the coin flip.

When Rita's StraitJacket comes into play remove target creature form the
game. If Rita's StraitJacket leaves play put that creature back into play under its
caster's control  and treat the creature as being just cast.
(4) : Put Rita's StraitJacket face down on top of your libary. Play this abillity only if
Rita's StraitJacket is in your graveyard. "I was SO excited when we got the straitjacket
that I was the first to be treated by it."- Rita

which must target atacker as though it were an instant.

When Ever Enchanted creature deals Damage to Target Player,
Put X -1/-0 counters on Enchanted Creature.
X is equal to the amount of damage Dealt to Player in This Way.
During Your Upkeep if Enchanted Creature Has Any -1/-0 Counters
on it Destroy The Last Fight. The Counters Remian on This creature.

Fight  I Learn His Mistakes and Weakness Faster This Way.
