| Neon sign transformers provide the high voltages needed to operate neon tubes. Outputs can range from 3kV at 5mA to 15kV at 100mA. The transformer shown here isn't strictly a neon sign transformer. It provides the high voltage needed to operate the high energy UV light shown in the picture. The output probably is in the region of 5kV at 10mA. Neon sign transformers are very similair to the one shown here. | ||||||
