Done with layering coloured pencil, mechanical pencil, and marker. Its Luffy's hat. Its not suppoused to be a sad picture, btw. Just in case anyone is thinking 'aaaah, she drowned Luffy!'

Light aqua and cream prismacolor pencil and .5 mechanical pencil over tria and prismacolor markers, over pencil sketch. I'm having fun with this style, as a bit of a change of pace.
