"Last year, the Office of National Drug Control Policy reported that more than two-thirds of the homicides in Phoenix and more then half the assults were drug-related"
Great idea end the drug war and reduce the murder rate in Phoenix from 200 murders to 66 murders a year.
As the government often says even if we only save one life by legalizing drugs isn't it worth it.
Gee in this case I would agree with them.
