My COMPLAINT with canadianhotelguide.com
I booked a room at the Radisson Hotel in Saskatoon with canadianhotelguide.com. The website stated the room was $86US or $105CAD. I called canadianhotelguide.com to confirm this price and ultimately booked the room to avoid paying the regular charge of $119CAD via direct booking through the Radisson itself. The deal was that I had to prepay in advance which I did. When I received my credit card statement, I was billed $132.38CAD. I called customer service and was more or less called a liar when I explained the CAD$ rate. They refused to reimburse me and told me that the extra costs were their "fees" which were not revealed to me. I highly recommend staying away from this company. I did notice that my previous review was removed from the Alexa site which endorses this company, as it seems apparent that only good reviews are wanted. This is an accurate account and future clients should be aware.
STAY AWAY!!!!!
