Mr Sting.  Yes, also known as Gordon, Mr Sting is one of the best musicians around.  He has a distinctive voice, incredible talent, and one of the biggest sex appeals of any man of his age.  I mean, it was the first time in weeks that me and Charlotte have agreed on anything, and that thing is that we both want to shag Mr Sting.  Especially on Ally McBeal.
Moving swiftly on, I first discovered Sting when we studied him as part of GCSE music.  Now that's how to make someone feel old.  I suppose it's also quite flattering.  My teacher got the name of the album wrong at least three times, and as a result Im not sure which album it was we studied, but it was quite good, featuring Fragile, Englishman in New York, and some other quite scary songs about Brazil.  Well, he's an artist that's for sure.  I rediscovered him recently after downloading "dont stand so close to me" followed quickly by many other quite random songs.  I feel he well diserves his place in my list of rockers

The Who.  Yes quadrophrenic front man guitarist Pete Townsend and his rocking band, Roger Daltry (vocals, who incidently has quite a nice arse) John Entwistle (bass) and the infamous Kieth Moon, who died after giving up drugs.  It just goes to show....
They rocked, and the three remaining rock still, though their concerts, full of slightly less than friendly skin heads in Parkers doesnt really seem like my cup of tea, they have written some fantastic songs, and Roger Daultry has one of the most amazing voices in rock and roll (not to mention arse.)  Though all aging, and more concerning with the treatment of their instruments (they dont smash them up really anymore,) the who are fantastic.  Though the films have something to be desired, Tommy was pretty cool, if worrying.  They seem to have something about peodophilia, though not for it exactly, they just feature it occasionally... Ok that's sick, but they did sing about Ivor the engine driver and the girl guide he got to sit on his knee, and evil uncle earny in Tommy (played sufficiently evilly by Kieth Moon) freaked me out quite a bit.
Songs to look out for include the obvious, my generation, and Behind Blue eyes, and Love, reign o'er me!

Top    rockers!!!
    Mike Garson!!!
Well, however unfamous he is, he still rocks supremely.  He is one amazing pianist, completely amazing!!!  He also composes, and is incredibly creative.
Ok, I admit the only reason I've heard of him is because of his work with David Bowie, but there's nothing wrong with that.  He did some fantastic work with him in the 70s, and then again throughout the 90s, touring with him.  He also co-wrote the score for the film "stigmata" with Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins, and has worked with nine inch nails, seal and no doubt.
David Bowie said "It is pointless to talk about his ability as a pianist. He is exceptional. However, there are very, very few musicians, let alone pianists, who naturally understand the movement and free thinking necessary to hurl themselves into experimental or traditional areas of music, sometimes, ironically, at the same time. Mike does this with such enthusiasm that it makes my heart glad just to be in the same room with him." about him.
He has recorded several albums of completely spontanious improvisation, called "now music."  He is kool!!!!!
