| Michelle tucked Dominic into bed. He had been quite hyper today, and getting him into bed was very nearly impossible. She had got him in eventually, after a lot of work, but he fell asleep almost as soon as his head touched the pillow, and Michelle retreated to her own bedroom, where she collapsed on the bed absolutely shattered. She fell asleep in her clothes on top of the bed covers. She wasn�t sure how long she was asleep for, but when she woke up she felt yucky and stuffy, so she decided to go outside for some air. She got up and opened the doors onto the balcony, and took a breath of the cool air. She walked out into the night, and leant on the rail. No one seemed to be about, so she assumed it was quite late. She left the doors open and got washed and ready for bed. Once in her nightdress she again walked onto the balcony and leant on the rail. She looked downwards, and noticed ho far away the ground was. She had no idea how far in feet or metres, but she guessed that it was about the same height as a 9 or 10 storey building. Well that was why the view was so good from up here, but there were plants all the way up the wall. Long climbing plants with beautiful flowers that smelt gorgeous. She heard something moving near the end of the balcony so she moved to see what it was. There was a figure climbing up. He already got to the rail. He got over it with ease, and walked forwards until his face came into the light. �Jaden.� �Good evening, Michelle.� �Where the fuck have you been?� �Language, Michelle!� �Shut up, I�ve been stuck here, I have no idea what you�re up to. Jareth thinks you want to kill me and Dom, and I had no idea what to say to him�.� �What makes you think I don�t?� ��And where did you go?� she stopped. �What do you mean?� �Never mind,� he said. �And what do you want me to do?� Jaden laughed and walked closer to her. He put his hand to her face, and kissed her on the lips. Michelle didn�t move away, but didn�t exactly kiss him back. Then Jaden pulled away. �Just�� he looked away from her and sniffed. �Scream.� He produced his fangs enough to scare her considerably, then pushed her back into her bedroom and threw her against a wall. The sight of him, his face distorted with an emotion she didn�t recognise, his fangs displayed, walking towards her was enough to make her scream the loudest scream she could. Jaden kissed her on the cheek, while she coward away from him. �Good girl,� he whispered, and he bit her neck. She sobbed, the pain almost unbearable, but it didn�t last long, as the door swung open and Jareth ran in. Jaden swung her around so she was in between them and Jareth froze. �Good evening, brother,� he said, �I let myself in.� Jareth looked at Michelle, who was shaking, the wound on her neck seeping blood. It ran down her shoulder and onto her white night dress, turning it pink. Jaden held her with his left arm around her waist, trapping her arm to her side, and his right hand holding her upper arm. She couldn�t move either arm. Jareth wanted to just take her and heal it, and moved towards her again. �Don�t take another step,� Jaden snarled, his right arm moving to her neck. Jareth froze again. �Don�t worry Michelle it will be ok.� �How?� she squealed. �Yes, that was a strange thing to say, Jareth,� said Jaden. �But never mind.� He kissed Michelle lightly on her healthy shoulder. �What do you want Jaden?� said Jareth. �Oh, nothing, really.� He kissed Michelle again, on the cheek this time. �Just a little family reunion.� He turned Michelle�s face around to meet his and kissed her on the lips. Jareth�s eyes darkened. Jaden laughed. �You know,� he said, �having her all those years ago must have been great. To have taken her virginity. Now that must have been something.� Michelle�s eyes met Jareth�s again. She was terrified. She suddenly realised there was no reason for Jaden not to hurt her. �But I can think of a fantastic second prize for me,� Jaden continued. His hand lowered from her neck to her breast, which it held. Michelle looked down at it in disgust and fear. �I could have her now.� Jareth�s anger overflowed, and he moved forwards again. Jaden was scared enough to take a step backwards, but in the process put his hand back up to Michelle�s neck and bit her again. She screamed again, and Jareth froze again. �I thought that would get to you,� Jaden sneered. �It would probably hurt you even more than if I�d had her then. Yes, that would be a nice second prize. I could make it a first prize if I killed her afterwards.� Michelle writhed for all she was worth, but Jaden�s grip was like steel. �What do you want, Jaden?� Jareth�s fear was written all over his face. �Nothing you can give me Jareth, not while you�re alive anyway.� He held Michelle�s breast again. �But look at that,� he said. He stroked it, and then moved his hand up and stroked her hair. �I�m amazed you haven�t taken her since. You could have had her any day, just like that. Their choice has never stopped you before dear brother.� They all turned as the door opened again. Dominic fell into the room, yawning. He�d heard his Mummy�s scream, and had come to help. Jaden grinned. Michelle tried to break free to run to him, but Jaden�s grip didn�t loosen for a moment. Jareth grabbed the child by the shoulders, and ordered him to stand behind him. �Look who�s come to join the party,� Jaden exclaimed. �Why don�t you come and say hello to Uncle Jaden then Dominic?� �Stay with Daddy, Dominic,� Michelle cried. Dominic looked around terrified at the three commands. Then he saw his Mummy�s wounds, and hid behind his Daddy�s legs. �Oh, I�m very offended Dominic,� sneered Jaden. �We�ve just been discussing how beautiful your Mummy is. Don�t you think she�s beautiful Dominic?� From behind Jareth�s legs Dominic nodded. �Yes she is, but she�s quite a naughty Mummy, you know. She�s been lying to Daddy for ages.� Dominic looked at him blankly. �She has you know,� Jaden continued. �She�s been lying to uncle Jaden too. Leading us both on.� |
