A.
Only `i' is needed.
B.
Only `ii' is needed.
C.
`i' and `ii' both are needed.
D.
Both are unnecessary.
The other questions are based on English. Like 1 paragraph is given and there
are 4 options
from which you should find out the `INFERENCE',`CONTRADICTION',`INNER
MEANING' etc. But they are seemed to me quiet difficult. Some questions are
based on the
Fill In The Blanks. But they are quiet easy.
I refer that for this total written examination 2 books are very important. First
one is The
book based on quantitative analysis by Edgar Thrope (TMH Publication) & R.S.
Agarwal.
INTERVIEW:
Actually there are two phase of interview.
1. Technical ( Get chance if you clear the written examination ) &
2. HR (Get chance if you clear the technical interview).
Technical Interview:-
In this stage they asked me various types of technical & HR questions. At first
they started with Database. They asked various questions on DBMS and
RDBMS. They gave me two tables named employee and salary. Then asked
various SQL query. They also asked me outputs of some simple C programmes.
In between those one was related to `far pointer'. Actually those were from the
"Test Your C Skills" by Y Kanitkar. They asked me a puzzle- "O _ _ F _ _ S _ N
_:-It is an alphabetical series. Fill up the blanks with proper alphabets." They also
said me to write a short essay in 4 minutes and in 150 words about Your Most
Remembered Day. At the end of time they also count the word. At last they
asked me various HR questions.
HR Interview:-
In this stage they asked me several questions like-
1. Tell me something about yourself.
2. Why you want to join CTS?
3. What are your good & bad qualities?
4. Mention the primary property for a good software engineer.
5. Give an example in your life where you can prove that you have that
property.
6. What are your hobbies & some hobby related questions?
These are the total questions. I can't qualify the HR round. I think
good communication skill and smartness is very necessary which I haven't to the
point. But all of you should be careful about this matter. Best of luck to all of you.
