I am done with tests for the week.  Unfortunately I have come to find out that I have two more ten page papers to write in a couple of my classes bringing the grand total to something like 40 pages I have to write for next week.  I'll be glad when it's over to say the least.  The Timberwolves beat the Lakers tonight despite the NBA trying to rig the series by fouling out KG on phantom calls.  I'll be glad to see the Lakers not win it this year.  I also had a chance to listen to my representative in congress, Rob Bishop, speak.  I was seriously unimpressed by the number of deragatory statements he made about a large number of groups and his shifty avoidance of answering the questions I asked him.  Needless to say I am more convinced choosing Dave Thomas (despite the fact he lost) was a better way to go since I was so completely let down by Congressman Bishop's comments and behavior.  After talking with Kyle it sounds like it was a series of bad days all around, although mine doesn't compare to his.  The pictures are just random photos I took during the week.  Kyle went to Savers and bought a shirt that has a little Canadian on it and the hat, a Spanish television station.  The more clothes my friends get from savers the more I realize how much cool and original stuff people throw away.  A girl from a couple of my classes spray painted her shoes, they had been traditionally white since the time I met her and it caught me off guard.  It's refreshing to know people can be original and have fun despite mainstream, no matter whether you buy it or paint it.  The last pic is for Sloan.  He talked about ducks in one of his entries and how much he hated them and I saw these guys after school one day when I was chillin' up on campus and thought of him.  Looks like good eatin' eh?

I took my international politics test as well as my Karate test today.  My hand cramped up after writing 6 pages on environmental conventions and their relations to complex interdependence.  I found this building the other day and it reminded me of my younger years.  For those of you who aren't aware, my friends and I used a code in high school to signify the girl of the moment.  H4... and then we would fill in the girls first initial after the letters H4.  The significance was, I am horny (H) for (4) someone (girls first initial.) For those of us without girls of the moment it became H4E (because we were horny for everyone.) As a result everytime I would drive by this building when I worked in Clearfield I would laugh and think about taking a picture. Thanks to my camera it's become a reality.  I thought I would exercise a little wishful thinking on my part too and insert my name there with hopes that it might someday come true.  Here's hoping!

I talked about it in one of my previous entries, and now here it is... for your viewing enjoyment, my white trash friends!!!  Jared and Sam both live in Logan and are attending Utah State, as a sign that there isn't much to do there one day they decided to shave male pattern baldness into Jared's head (on the left) and to shave Sam's beard to make him look like Joe Dirt (on the right.)  They also acquired some mullet wig from some guys in their singles ward and Sam wore that with his hat which says, "Live to ride, ride to live," or some cheesy biker/white trash line like that.  It made me laugh and laugh and laugh... these guys are a crack up.  Unfortunately Sammy will be heading off to happy valley and it could be years before we see anything on his face again, let alone anything as stylish as this.  I turned in a test today and I have another in International Politics tomorrow, so I should probably go and study.  I did, however, want to comment on "Smallville."  For those of you who don't know, there has been only one TV show that I have followed pretty regularly this season and it is "Smallville."  Needless to say I was well rewarded when Lex Luther taught Lana to fight today in some tight spandex pants, I mean I knew she was hot, but how about that butt?  Anyone who saw the episode will know what I am talking about...... ooooooooffffta!!!  Who says nothing good ever comes from Canada?  Kristen Kreuk, I salute you!

Today was hectic as I realized that I was going to be really busy for the next couple of weeks and trying to get as much done as I can now.  I was late at school working on a group project and on the way home I stopped and got some Sichuan (which is named for the region in China where it comes from. Sichuan means 4 rivers, it would be sachun (»çõ) in Korean... wow look at the useless information.) chicken from the Maple Garden in Clearfield.  It's good stuff. I should have taken a picture but I forgot in my mad rush to eat it.  I watched "Everwood" at Jeff's while we both complained about all the stuff we have to do and did none of it.  On my way home I noticed how eerie the park looked all lit up with no one in it (not even those kids who are always making out in the car) so I stopped and played with my camera.

Happy Easter!!! Didn't do much on Saturday, it was a day full of basketball.  Played at the park in the morning and watched it at night at Kyle's house. The Jazz lost to the Kings, despite Tyler and I telling Sloan how to coach through the TV.  Gotta love the playoffs... Spent today with my mom, her husband, and my little sister.  We ate some chicken and had some strawberry shortcake.  I figured flowers are one of those things we generally associate with Easter so I put my first attempt at a panaromic picture (which must be pieced together) from my camera.  I intend to use a tripod next time since you can tell it's a little off.  On a positive note this is the first weekend in months that I haven't played video games!!!
