1. The powers of Debb may only be utilized by members of the Cult of Debb.
2. Members of the Cult of Debb may only be appointed by chieftains of the Cult of Debb.
3. Upon graduation, a chieftain must hand off his chieftainship to an eligible successor.
4. Members of the Cult may only be cast out through the "Debb of Death (bum bum bum) described below.
II. Powers of Debb
1. Debb of Shame
A. The Debb of Shame may only be cast upon a deserving party by any cult mamber.
B. The Debb of Shame is administered by extending the right hand toward the shameful party and subsequently uttering the "Debb."
C. The "Debb-er" (for lack of a better term) must follow the will of a conjoured Debb of Shame.
2. Retali-Debb
A. The Retali-Debb is delivered in the same manner as the Debb of Shame, HOWEVER...
B. ... ONLY in response to an unprovoked Debb of Shame.
3. Counter-Debb
A. A Counter-Debb is delivered in the same manner as the Debb of Shame, HOWEVER...
B. ...ONLY in response to an unprovoked Retali-Debb.
C. The Retali-Debb must be blocked before a Counter-Debb.
4. Equivocal Debb of Absolution
A. If a "Debb Dispute" (if you will) cannot be resolved, the parties may agree to invoke the "Equivocal Debb of Absolution," the most sacred of all Powers of Debb.
B. If the two parties cannot agree to invoke the Equivocal Debb of Absolution, a chieftain may order it.
C. The Equivocal Debb of Absolution is the most powerful of all "Debbs" (as it were) and must be handled with two hands. After it is conjoured, the party(s) involved spin clockwise once and genuflect, the Equivocal Debb of Absolution takes effect.
D. The Equivocal Debb of Absolution resolves all outstanding "Debb Disputes."
E. An unprovoked Equivocal Debb of Absolution, due to its sacred nature, demands the "Debb of Death" (bum bum bum).
5. Debb of Death (bum bum bum).
A. A "Debb of Death" (bum bum bum) is only bestowed upon those invoking an unprovoked Equivocal Debb of Absolution and NOTHING ELSE!
B. Whenever referring to the "Debb of Death" (bum bum bum) one must immediately say "bum bum bum" or he/she automatically receives a Debb of Shame.
C. An unprovoked "Debb of Death" (bum bum bum) mandates a "Retali-Debb of Death" (bum bum bum). The unprovoked "Debb of Death" (bum bum bum) is revoked and re-invoked against the original unprovoked "Debb of Death " (bum bum bum)-er.
D. The "Debb of Death" (bum bum bum) is delivered by a series of intricate steps:
a. All present cult members genuflect.
b. The "Debb-er" (so to speak) draws the Power of Debb from the depths of Gehenna.
c. The "Debb-er" (if you will) draws the Power of Debb from the Heavens.
d. The "Debb-er" (as it were) shouts "I invoke the almighty Debb of Death (bum bum bum)!."
e. The "Debb-er" (for lack of a better term) hurls the "Death of Debb" (bum bum bum) at the "Debb-ee" (for lack of a better term).
E. A cult member suffers the consequences when demonstrating the "Debb of Death" (bum bum bum) or Equivocal Debb of Absolution to stun cult members.
6. Immaculate Debb of Immaculative Deeds.
A. This power is reserved for those who perform immaculative deeds.
B. The Immaculate Debb of Immaculative Deeds is delivered by drawing the power of Debb from the Heavens and throwing at a deserving party.
C. The left hand must be used to administer this particular Power of Debb.
7. Debb of Congratulations (a.k.a.-"Congratu-Debb)
A. Administered by left hand followed by hand clap.
B. Reserved to congratulate worthy parties.
8. Debb of Gratitude
A. The Debb of Gratitude differs from all other Powers of Debb, insofar as it draws the Power from the "Debb-ee" (so to speak).
B. To administer the Debb of Gratitude, grab the Debb out of the person to be thanked and throw it elsewhere.
C. It is assured that the Debb then returns to the circle of Debb from whence it originated.
9. Debb Storage.
A. A Debb may be swallowed ("shoved in a battery") and saved for later.
B. A Debb may be regurgitated at an appropriate moment.
C. If a cult member has Debbs in storage when he receives the "Debb of Death" (bum bum bum), they are erased.
10. Expulsion/Results of "Debb of Death" (bum bum bum).
A. Those receiving the "Debb of Death" (bum bum bum) are permanently expelled from the cult and lose all "Power of Debb" privelages.
