Believe in God; believe that he is, and that he created all things, both in heaven and in earth; believe that he has all wisdom, and all power, both in heaven and in earth; believe that man doth not comprehend all the things which the Lord can comprehend.
Mosiah 4:9

Okay, so the weekly Monday update thing isn't going
quite as I hoped. The good news is, I have a computer
at home again. The bad news is that through a small
glitch I lost my old files...so the archive of old
pages is going to have to wait for a little while.
Mostly, I'm just glad to be back online and to have
everything working properly again.
The moral of the story is: always back up your
files.
I apologize to everyone if I seemed a little negative
last week; that wasn't my intent at all. The focus of
what I wrote was supposed to be that we all need to
trust in the Lord, no matter what happens. He has a
view of our lives farther and wider than we can
comprehend in our current state, and what might seem
like a setback at first is often just the setup for
something greater than what we had originally hoped
for. The key is to simply have faith that He loves us,
that we are His children and that He wants to bring us
back someday. If you really think about it, the truly important parts of this
life are those that will eventually bring us to stand with Him again. In that
day, looking back over the course of our lives, we
will not care what jobs we had, where we went to
school, or how often we hung out with our friends. All
that will matter is what we learned during those
experiences, how we grew, and how they eventually led
us back to our Father. Nothing is more important than
getting back to Him and bringing as many people with
us as we possibly can.
