Well, another transfer has come and gone. Elder Hause will be leaving 

tomorrow morning. My next companion will be Elder Gregory, who was in 

Elder Hause's MTC district. This area has been a bit of a challenge: 

I've found Elder Hause to be irritating (but have shoved it for the 

past five weeks), and we have had very few investigators, let alone 

any that are coming to church. It leads me to believe that somehow 

this area can be turned around, with all the resistance I seem to be 

meeting.

At this point our only really good investigator is David, the druid. 

He believes what we're teaching him is true, but he has a certain 

amount of stewardship over others as a druid priest, and he's not 

exactly wanting to just drop his responsibilities. He does feel that 

he is not able to fulfill them, wanting to join our church. He wants 

to learn more.

I bought some chocolate pudding and graham cracker pie crust for 

Thanksgiving. I might make some cake patties again, or maybe I'll 

just make a cake.

There's not much more to say, really. Last week wasn't a very good 

week, with the deer hunt and Thanksgiving comeing up. This week 

probably won't be so good either, with Thanksgiving being this week. 

We'll see how it goes. Luckily we kinda get Thanksgiving off (no 

tracting, at least).
