Well, I'm not sure if my mission president will allow me to use e-mail or not, and I'm sure some people will either be too busy or forget to write me, so I decided to put up a website with contact information, in case anyone wants to get in touch with me, and also a blog so that family and friends can keep up-to-date with what's going on with me while I'm on my mission. At this point, I am unsure if I will be able to use it in the field, so I'll have my parents maintain the blog, and update it with letters and such that they recieve.

So, the whole "farewell" thing is over, thank goodness. Everyone said that my talk was great (even though it was kind of written in the format of a physics report, since I'm so used to those). If you want, hard copies are available. ;-) Thanks for those of you who came, and thanks for those of you who wanted to come, but were unable to.

I have two days to get everything ready, and today I have to sit at home. I'm waiting for a camera, and UPS called yesterday, notifying me that my package will be arriving today, and that someone needs to be there to sign for it. They said that the package should be arriving sometime between 8 am and 7 pm.... Yeah, that really helps me out. *shakes head*

Anyway, now that I've got this website and blog started, I've gotta notify everyone about it. Next time you'll hear from me, I'll be in the MTC. Until then, rock on!
