| Pressing Flowers with a Microfleur |
| gather flowers to press |
| put tissue on wool pad and place flowers on tissue |
| cover flowers with another sheet of tissue paper |
| cover everything with another wool pad |
| place top and bottom part of microfleur and fasten with clips or elastic bands |
| place everything in microwave for about 1 minute, if flowers still moist try a few more seconds. Do not burn flowers |
| gently pull back tissue paper and ease the flowers off by pressing from the back til the flowers start coming away from the tissue. |
| start again with new flowers using dry pads, repeat the process as above |

| I like to store my flowers in similar colours in plastic baggies and lay them flat in square containers. It makes it easier to find the colours you want. If flowers are still a little moist from the microfleur, let them dry by putting sheets of flowers in telephone book to cure. |
