Butter Sauce for Fish
serves 2
This is a great way to serve fish. I warn you though...it's not low-fat. I like to make this with tilapia, but any white fish would do.

1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 chopped clove of garlic
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon crystals
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. Knorr Swiss Aromat Seasoning for Meat (comes in a red spice can)
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup dry white wine

Melt the butter and add remaining ingredients.
Pour sauce over your favorite fish fillets.
Bake fillets at 350 until done (usually 20 - 30 minutes).
Serve!
