The book of Job (29: 2 - 4)

2

Oh, that I were as in the months past!

    as in the days when God watched over me,

My testimony:

My sickness was strongly God's way of my repentance.  I suffered to save my soul from perish.  I had sinned, by my own knowledge.  I sincerely wanted to repent but nothing I could do on earth could match my sin!  So after my take of retribution, I feel that I could start anew - with a stronger mission at heart.

3

While He kept His lamp shining over my head,

    and by His light I walked through darkness;

4

As I was in my flourishing days,

    when God sheltered my tent;

Just as any of us may sin, with our own recognition, we must take responsibility for it.  He is merciful and we must trust in His Will.

The book of Job (30: 23 -27 )

23

Indeed I know you will turn me back in death

    to the destined place of everyone alive.

He will save us and guide us on the path to Eternal life.  Yet we sin, the Divine Mercy watches us and teaches us to repent in His special way.  Don't hesitate to follow your heart.
24 Yet should not a hand be held out for a

   wretched man in his calamity?

25

Or have I not wept for the hardships of others;

    was not my soul grieved for the destitute?

26

Yet when I looked for good, then evil came;

    when I expected light, then came darkness.

My soul ebbs away from me;

   days of affliction have overtaken me.

27

My frame takes no rest by night;

   my inward parts seethe and will not be stilled.
