Stealth and Swordsmanship

Comments: Technically speaking this painting isn’t from any particular Anime. However, some elements in it are Anime inspired. Among those are hairdos, ninja and samurai.
It took approximately 7 days from concept to completion to get this image. Probably among the longest I’ve ever worked on a specific painting. It was created for my Game Design class as a concept piece for our group’s game: Art of Stealth and Swordsmanship.
I was going for the noble heroic look for the samurai character and a kind of sneaky secretive look for the ninja.
As a final note: much of this piece (but not all) was borrowed/inspired from the movie: The Last Samurai, so if some of it seems familiar to you it probably is.
