Comments: This was for the Maya 3D made short film Evolution directed by Mae Manalansan.
The Caveman and the primate were taken from here.
I had to re-draw them simply because we were required to have our own drawings, even if they were exact copies of the references.
I guess that's cause they were trying to teach us the process of making our own film(Gathering resources, using resources, etc...)
As opposed to teaching us to infringe copyright or steal. :)
Although I did change a bunch of little things anyway so... Oh, and I also added the lizard(who, yes, also has references but not in this pose)
In the final film the caveman doesn't have a stick, by the way.
