How Chili's Macquarie Centre Fucked Itself Over

If anyone out there knows about the Chili's Too at Macquarie Centre you will agree with me when I say that it blows, or blowed.  If you had the chance of working there yourself, you would also agree that its the fucken shittiest job you would ever, ever, EVER have.  All potential of a controlling market share of Macquarie's restaurant market was fucked over by one guy.  Joseph Badawanker (well he's such an asshole I forgot his name, but Badawanker sounds good enough.)

If you have never heard of Chili's Texas Grill, well its an American Franchise / Restaurant that caters genuine American/Mexican food and culture somehow. The restaurant at Wentworthville is good as I and my buddies have been there before.

The Macquarie store opened some two years ago by some dude.. I forgot his name. Anyway business was all good and all then the dude suddenly had some shit with Chili's Head Office so he "left" and guess what? He opened the first Krispy Kreme's in Australia which now accumulates hundreds of thousands in annual sales.  SUCK SHIT CHILI'S! The dude you sacked is making more fucking money than all your Sydney stores combined! So after he left, they got this asshole called Joe working there.  He's like uber fat, hairy, and an extreme autocratic manager.  In simple words, he's a fucken asshole.

Quality control in Chili's went all the way down with the sales and which is why you would pay ridiculous prices like $8 for a bottle of Budweiser.  And then you also got people like ME working there sitting around in the back making food for myself and the customers without gloves on and not washing my hands after going to the toilet.

Fucken assholes.  Who the fuck is gonna wanna eat at some shit-hole like Chili's Macquarie? The management was SO shitty, they were wasting 6kg of beef patties weekly and chewing away over $1000 a fortnight. No wonder the fools closed down.  And then you got that asshole Joe going on about how good the store is and shit

"uh yeah we get free meals for all our guys. And we pay really good. And I'm some random fat fuck." -Joe

Yeah man. You like never gave away employee meals. And the pay? how the fuck is bloody $5.15 good pay? Its bloody shithouse.  Noodles in sweatshops working for FILA get paid more than that. And they don't have to put up with assholes like Joe.  There's no justice in society.  How do fucken dumbshits that can barely speak fluent english operate a store in Macquarie Centre and a decent person fail to find secure employment?

I'm sick of writing about Chili's. Chili's is shitty anyways.

[update 22.11.04] Joe is now the General Manager of Chili's Wentworthville / Head Office Store.  WTF? And I hear that the staff turnover increased considerably because of his bullshit work ethic! good one Joe you dumb shit.
