- Excellent knowledge in administering  and setup Email system, internet, 
  NT-based Gateway, and firewall
- Experienced in managing Structure Cabbling System and Networks 
  infrastructure
- Excellent knowledge in network adminiistration, and system maintenance,
- Experienced in configuring routers, sswitches, hubs, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, ISDN 
  and Dialup connection
- Experienced in providing technical suupport to users on installations,   
  troubleshooting and resolving network and application issues.
- Experienced in Administering and insttalling Operating Systems platform 
  such as Novell, and NT
- Experienced in handling PC hardware/ssoftware troubleshootings
- Experienced in applying virus protecttion system into the system
- Knowledge of performing installation,, implementation and maintenance 
  support of PABX, voice recording and other voice communication systems
- Effective of leading and motivating aan IT team
- Proficient in using written and oral  English in IT project
