The Pug is square, compact and cobby. Happy and always contented, not in the least temperamental. This social little dog loves people, especially children, who in return, love and enjoy a Pug's company. They mix well with other dogs and are quite brave with larger breeds.

Being Small, the Pug is easy to keep. They need little exercise. They benefit from a daily walk or a good size yard that can be used freely, the pug is contented.

The Pug is easy to groom. The short coat needs just a brush every day and the occasion bath.
