| This is in front of one of the huge auditoriums. We just arrived on campus the very next day. We still had a little jetlag.. which i have problem overcoming. we were on our way to the gilman hall to settle our agent's bank account. |
| we were walking back from one of the Japanese/Korean restaurants, Niwana. Their soft shell crab sushi is really yummy. other than that, the rest of the dishes were so-so. Please do not order the Age Tofu.. it sucks big time. anyway, i dont' know what kind of building is behind us but its oversees the 'beach'. A place where people go and sunbathe (on the grass) during summer. |
| Our lovely Dwi wong in her Room in AMR, Alumni Memorial Residence, in room 304. We helped her set up her room a couple of days ago. Looks like a very cosy place. The bed is very soft and great to sleep in.. nearly fell asleep in it before. |
| Dwi's fellow JHU Singaporean Freshman Weijie took this photo for us. Its some memorial but i'm not very clear about what it is about, but it does have the name Johns Hopkins inscribed on the pillar. This was my second last day in Baltimore. It was really fun hanging out with my sis, and her friends before i left off.. She's doing well there, making friends and all, right toot? pretty soon, it'll be my turn to go... so sad, but i'm really looking forward to it, for the past one and a half years. |
